# Directions:
01 - Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a small amount of oil. Sauté the onion, celery, and carrots for 3 to 4 minutes until partially softened.
02 - Add the red and green bell peppers along with the garlic to the pot. Stir and cook for 2 minutes until aromatic.
03 - Incorporate the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, thyme, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Stir for 1 minute to release the flavors.
04 - Pour in the diced tomatoes with their juice, broth, bay leaf, and kidney beans. Bring the mixture to a boil.
