# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
02 - Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque and lightly charred. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
03 - In another bowl, mix together corn kernels, cherry tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined.
