01 - 1 pound refrigerated pizza dough

02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 24 slices pepperoni (optional)
04 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce, plus additional for dipping
→ Topping
05 - 1 large egg, beaten
06 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - Black food coloring or black olives for basketball lines
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness.
03 - Cut 24 circles from dough using a 2-inch round cutter.
04 - Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, sprinkle mozzarella, and top with pepperoni on each dough circle center.
05 - Fold edges up, pinch to seal, forming balls. Place seam side down on baking sheet.
06 - Brush each ball with beaten egg, then sprinkle Parmesan and oregano.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
08 - Allow to cool slightly. Use a fine brush with black food coloring or olives to draw basketball lines.
09 - Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
