Vibrant watermelon boat filled with fresh berries and fruit, ideal for summer gatherings and easy entertaining.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Fruit

01 - 1 large seedless watermelon, ripe and firm

→ Berries & Accents

02 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
03 - 1 cup fresh blueberries
04 - 1 cup fresh raspberries
05 - 1 cup fresh blackberries
06 - Fresh mint leaves for garnish

→ Optional Additions

07 - 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
08 - 1 cup pineapple chunks
09 - 1 lime, sliced for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Wash all fruit thoroughly under running water and pat dry with clean kitchen towels.
02 - Cut a thin slice off the bottom of the watermelon to create a flat, stable base on your serving board or platter.
03 - Slice off the top third of the watermelon lengthwise, creating a boat-shaped hollow container for the fruit arrangement.
04 - Using a melon baller or sturdy spoon, scoop out the watermelon flesh and reserve the balls or chunks in a bowl. Remove as much flesh as possible while maintaining a sturdy shell approximately 1 inch thick.
05 - Arrange the reserved watermelon balls and chunks back into the hollowed shell, mixing with half of the prepared berries to create an attractive presentation.
06 - Artfully arrange the remaining berries and any optional fruits around the watermelon carving on a large serving board or platter.
07 - Top with fresh mint leaves and lime slices if desired for enhanced visual appeal and fresh flavor accents.
08 - Serve immediately at room temperature or refrigerate until ready to serve for optimal freshness and temperature.
