# Directions:
01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Add the sliced beef and thoroughly coat. Cover and marinate for at least 20 minutes or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.
02 - In a separate bowl, blend Greek yogurt, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Refrigerate sauce until serving.
03 - Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high. Cook the marinated beef strips in batches for 4 to 6 minutes, tossing occasionally, until well browned and thoroughly cooked. Remove from heat and keep warm.
04 - Heat each flatbread in a dry skillet or microwave briefly until flexible and warm.
