03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until smooth and uniform.
04 - Gently fold the yolk mixture into whipped egg whites without deflating to maintain volume.
05 - Divide batter evenly into separate bowls for desired colors. Add gel food coloring to each and gently fold to incorporate.
06 - Spoon colorful batter onto prepared sheet in adjacent dollops for a rainbow effect. Swirl lightly with spatula if a marbled look is desired.
07 - Bake for 25 minutes until set and lightly golden.
08 - Allow cloud bread to cool momentarily before removing from baking sheet. Serve immediately for optimal fluffiness.
