Ingredients
- Puff Pastry: 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- Cheese: 120 g (4 oz) Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into 24 small cubes
- Cranberry: 120 g (1/2 cup) whole berry cranberry sauce
- Garnish (optional): 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary or thyme 2 tbsp chopped toasted pecans or walnuts
Instructions
- Step 1:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a 24 cup mini muffin tin.
- Step 2:
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet to smooth creases. Cut into 24 equal squares.
- Step 3:
- Press a pastry square into each muffin cup, gently shaping to fit.
- Step 4:
- Place a cube of Brie into each pastry cup. Top each with 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce.
- Step 5:
