Instructions
- Step 1:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a 24 cup mini muffin tin.
- Step 2:
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet to smooth creases. Cut into 24 equal squares.
- Step 3:
- Press a pastry square into each muffin cup, gently shaping to fit.
- Step 4:
- Place a cube of Brie into each pastry cup. Top each with 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce.
- Step 5:
- Sprinkle with herbs and nuts if desired.
- Step 6:
- Bake for 13 15 minutes, until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
- Step 7:
- Cool slightly before serving. Serve warm.
