# Ingredients:

→ Puff Pastry

01 - 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

→ Cheese

02 - 4 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into 24 small cubes

→ Cranberry

03 - ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce

→ Garnish (optional)

04 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary or thyme
05 - 2 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans or walnuts

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet to smooth creases. Cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Press each pastry square into the prepared muffin cups, shaping gently to fit.
04 - Place one Brie cube inside each pastry cup, then top with one teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
05 - Sprinkle with chopped rosemary or thyme and toasted pecans or walnuts as desired.
06 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until the pastry is golden and the cheese has melted.
07 - Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm for best flavor.
