# Directions:

02 - Stir in minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Add orzo pasta to the skillet and stir continuously for 2 minutes to lightly toast.
04 - Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until orzo is tender and most liquid is absorbed.
05 - Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream, grated Parmesan, dried Italian herbs, and crushed red pepper flakes if using. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
06 - Fold in baby spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper according to taste.
