01 -  Set oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
 02 -  Boil pasta in salted water until just al dente. Drain thoroughly and dry with a clean towel. 
 03 -  Place cooked pasta in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, chili flakes as desired, sea salt, ground black pepper, and Parmesan or nutritional yeast. Toss well to coat evenly. 
 04 -  Spread seasoned pasta in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. 
 05 -  Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the pasta turns golden and crispy. 
 06 -  Let chips cool slightly before serving. Enjoy plain or paired with your favorite dip.
