# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 480°F (250°C), or to the highest temperature available. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven during preheating.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer carefully to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
03 - Combine crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix until smooth and fully blended.
04 - Spread the prepared crème fraîche sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
05 - Distribute shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
