# Ingredients:

→ Coffee

01 - 1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee

→ Tahini Blend

02 - 3 tablespoons tahini, well-stirred
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of sea salt

→ Milk & Ice

06 - 1/2 cup plant-based milk, such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes

# Directions:

01 - Whisk together tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a small bowl or pitcher until smooth and fully incorporated.
02 - Add ice cubes to two tall glasses, filling evenly.
03 - Divide cold brew coffee evenly between the prepared glasses.
04 - Add the tahini blend to each glass and stir thoroughly to ensure a uniform consistency.
05 - Pour plant-based milk over each glass and stir gently for a creamy finish.
06 - Taste and adjust the sweetness if preferred; serve immediately.
